Le conflit en Ukraine : laboratoire d’innovations juridiques

Résumé :
L’agression de l’Ukraine par la Russie constitue une crise majeure à l’échelle mondiale. Or, bloquée par le veto russe, l’Organisation des Nations unies s’est retrouvée dans l’impossibilité d’agir. Avec des mécanismes traditionnels de sécurité internationale à l’arrêt, la communauté internationale, mais principalement les États occidentaux ont dû trouver de nouveaux moyens d’intervenir. Pour cela, ils ont eu recours à de nouveaux mécanismes juridiques ou ont détourné d’autres de ce pour quoi ils étaient prévus initialement.
Abstract : The conflict in Ukraine : a laboratory of legal innovations
The aggression of Ukraine by Russia is the worst global crisis until a long time. However, blocked by the Russian veto, the United Nations is unable to restore peace. With the dysfunction of the traditional international security mechanism, the international community and mainly the West, has to find new legal ways to intervene. For this purpose, they initiated new legal mechanisms or recycled others.
